Colin and Brenda Grant offer a warm Scottish welcome to holiday visitors and conference delegates to our attractive, friendly and comfortable totally non-smoking home. We are small, privately owned and run by ourselves, offering twelve individually decorated bedrooms. Visit Britain Four Star guest accomodation, centrally located opposite the International Conference Centre, with a short stroll to the town centre, the bus and train stations. We are a town house with stairs to all levels. Sorry we do not have a ground floor bedroom. We have our own private car park next to the hotel, and look forward to offering you the facilities you expect, but with a homely and friendly atmosphere. Access at all times once checked in. We do not serve dinner now as there are more than seventy restaurants a five minute walk from us into town. There is a trouser press, iron and ironing board available.

The guesthouse offers offsite car parking, laundry & valet service and wakeup call is available to the guests. It is an all through non-smoking B&B and Wi-Fi internet access is provided. Rooms are equipped with TV, hair dryer, radio, telephone and coffee & tea makers.
The Alvera Court is situated on Kings Rd, Harrogate, North Yorkshire surrounding by many historic places. One might want to visit The Mother Shiptons Cave in Prophecy House, Harrogate Road, Knaresborough, The Harewood House on Harewood, Leeds and The Ripley Castle in Ripley. You might also enjoy a few hours at The Royal Pump Museum which is only a few steps away on Crescent Road, Harrogate or The Otley Museum which is a bit farther in Civic Centre, Cross Green, Otley. For shopping apart from The Victoria Shopping Centre at the centre of the city there are also many brand names including Marks & Spencer on Cambridge Street and Hoopers For Men on James street.
